The Propeaq light glasses are designed for ease of use. Mobile use, with the right active light and exactly the right filters. At presentations and from new users we receive a number of similar questions. Especially for these users we have made an overview with the most frequently asked questions and the relevant answers.
Some examples are:
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WEAR THE GLASSES?
The use of the glasses depends on the desired effect. With active blue light, 30 minutes per day is usually sufficient. If the red glasses are used, then half an hour to an hour before going to sleep is enough.
IS AN APP NECESSARY FOR THE USE OF LIGHT GLASSES?
There are two apps by Propeaq that help with the correct use of light glasses. There is an app with personalized advice to prevent jet lag. Another app helps with night shifts. Both apps personalize advice based on data provided. The glasses do not communicate with the app and the data remains in the app and is not shared.

IS THE LIGHT SAFE?
The blue light from the light glasses is very weak and in a bandwidth of which no harmful effects are known. The eyes may be lasered, wear contact lenses or be fitted with an artificial lens. Only people with a retinal defect (retinopathy) are not recommended for use because no research has been done on this.
