If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we kindly request you within 14 days from the time you received the products, to fill out the withdrawal form and call the Customer Service on + 31 13 631 63 13 to request an Authorization to Return (AR) number.
You will be only responsible for paying for the cost of shipping back the product.
Just follow these simple steps:
Call Customer Service at +31 13 631 63 13 and keep your invoice or waybill at hand when you call us. Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the AR number.
Pack item(s) in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories and manuals received with the product – make sure the package is secure and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.
Do not forget to attach the original bill of lading.
Write the AR-number on the outside of the package.
We point out that: Chrono Eyewear declines any liability in the event packets are lost or damaged, and therefore it is advisable to use a shipping method with tracking service.
After the products are returned in perfect condition, we will refund the price of this,including shippingcosts, via the original payment method. You will receive the refund within 14 days after receiving the products. The costs for shipping the product back to our webshop are yours. Check your courier for shipping costs to the Netherlands.
Additional fees may be charged for products without the original box, original packaging, or the original contents, accessories and / or manuals, or if they are damaged (ie, the products can not be sold).
If you wish to replace a defective product, the new product will be sent to you when our warehouse has received and processed the defective product.
We only accept returns of items purchased on www.propeaq.com. Articles that dealers are purchased from authorized Propeaq sellers must be returned to the place of purchase.
