If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we kindly request you within 14 days from the time you received the products, to fill out the withdrawal form and call the Customer Service on + 31 13 631 63 13 to request an Authorization to Return (AR) number. You will be only responsible for paying for the cost of shipping back the product. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.

After the products have been returned in perfect condition, we will refund the amount paid to your bank account. You will receive the refund within 14 days after we have received the products.
If you wish to have a defective product replaced, the new product will be shipped to you when our warehouse has received and processed the defective product.
We only accept returns of items purchased on www.propeaq.com. Items purchased from authorized propeaq dealers must be returned to the place of purchase.
