Blue light and your biological clock

Top athletes strive for perfection and optimal performance. The secret lies in their biological clock. Using the Propeaq light glasses , in combination with Chrono Coaching , helps athletes to adapt to different time zones. Crucial for top athletes, because they can use the valuable training time on location optimally.

This not only improves performance, but also supports better sleep by regulating melatonin production. Thanks to the powerful blue light technology in the light therapy glasses , athletes can recover faster.

The power of Chrono Coaching

Do you perform best in the morning, but the match is in the evening? Then Chrono Coaching can shift your peak moment. This is pure applied science.

Chrono Coaching improves performance by aligning athletes’ biological clocks with their training and competition schedules. Chrono Coaching teaches you when to expose yourself to daylight and when to block it, which is essential for an optimal sleep-wake rhythm. This approach has been proven effective and is already used by hundreds of Olympic athletes to use peak moments.

Wearable solutions for top athletes

For top athletes, the Propeaq light glasses offer a portable solution to maximize their performance, even under challenging conditions. By simply wearing the light glasses at the right time, you will experience the benefits of Chrono Coaching and improve your sleep quality. With this technology, realizing a well-tuned sleep-wake rhythm is within reach, which is crucial for achieving top performances.

We consider it a great honor to help more than 1,500 top athletes improve their performance.
