Peak right, with PROPEAQ light.

In elite sport, everything revolves around performing at the right moment, in the right form, at the right place, and sometimes even in a different time zone. At those times, a well-functioning biorhythm is essential. A disrupted sleep–wake rhythm can make the difference between victory and defeat.

The PROPEAQ light glasses help athletes optimise their biological clock through precisely controlled light therapy. By applying the right light at the right time, athletes can manage their energy levels, sleep better, and recover faster.

For years, PROPEAQ works closely with elite athletes from a wide range of disciplines, from swimmers and cyclists to footballers, racing drivers, and hockey players, providing active guidance in achieving top-level performance.

By optimising their circadian rhythm, these athletes have been able to perform better, recover more efficiently, and get the most out of their training and competitions.

Light is the silent force behind peak performance.

User reviews

I wish I’d had a PROPEAQ in my time, instead of those awkward light boxes I used back then.
