We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

Before returning a product, please make sure your return meets the following conditions:

• Register your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Undamaged and complete.
• Original packaging.
• Order number from www.propeaq.com (received by email after purchase).

Step 1: Register your return
At the bottom of this page, please complete the following fields in full:

• Your name
• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Choose refund or a replacement item

Step 2: Receive our confirmation
Within 2 working days, you will receive an email containing:

• Confirmation of your return request
• Instructions for the return process
• An email from DHL with a return label

Step 3: Package your return securely
Pack the product carefully, preferably in the original packaging, to prevent transport damage.

Step 4: Send your parcel

• Use the DHL return label you receive by email.
• Drop off the parcel at a DHL service point within 5 working days of receiving the return label.
• Keep the proof of shipment until your return has been processed

Step 5: Receive your refund or a replacement
After we receive and inspect your return:

• We will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) to your account within 10 working days, OR
• If the product is defective (manufacturing fault), we will send a replacement item free of charge
