We find it important that you are satisfied with your purchase. Are you not completely satisfied? Then you can return your order within 30 days of receipt .

Before you return a product, check that your return
meets the following conditions:

• You report your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• The product is undamaged and complete .
• The product is (if possible) in the original packaging .
• You have an order number from www.propeaq.com (received by email after purchase).

Step 1: Register your return
Please complete the following fields at the bottom of this page:

• Your name
• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return
• Choose refund or replacement copy

Step 2: Receive our confirmation
Within 2 working days you will receive an email from us with:

• Confirmation of your return request
• Returns Process Instructions
• An email from DHL with a return label

Step 3: Pack your return shipment properly

Pack the product securely, preferably in the original packaging, to prevent transport damage.

Step 4: Send your package

• Use the DHL return label that you will receive via our email
• Return the package to a DHL point within 5 working days after receiving the return label.
• Please keep your proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

Step 5: Receive your refund or replacement product
After receiving and checking your return shipment:

• We will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) to your account within 10 working days.
  OR
• If defective (manufacturing error), we will send a replacement free of charge
